What does it cost to join?
Nothing while we launch. Pioneer contractors get free access to the portal — no joining fee, no monthly membership. You pay a 10% commission only on quotes a client accepts, so if you don't win work you pay nothing.
What paperwork do I need to be approved?
Public and employers' liability insurance, the qualifications relevant to your trade, and any accreditations you hold — BAFE, NICEIC, Gas Safe, CHAS, SafeContractor and similar. Upload them once and we check them for you.
How are my documents checked?
Each certificate is read automatically on upload. The title, issuer, reference number and expiry date are filled in for you, and anything expired, mismatched or missing is flagged for our review team. You get a reminder before anything runs out.
What kind of work comes through?
Remedial actions from fire risk assessments, fire door and compartmentation surveys, plus scheduled servicing such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, extinguishers and health & safety works — sent by the building owners and managing agents using the platform.
How do quotes and payment work?
You receive the job detail and evidence, send your quote in the portal, and answer the client's questions in a private thread kept against that job. The client deals with you directly. Our 10% applies to accepted quotes only.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within a couple of working days once your insurance and competency evidence is uploaded. We review approved contractors annually to keep the network trustworthy.
